A long-serving devotee of evidence-based Personal Training, Strength & Fitness Coaching, Danny Williams has over 30 years and more than 40,000 hours experience as a Personal Trainer and Sports Coach in 1-2-1, group and team settings.
With a PT clientéle that includes everyday heroes, elite athletes & sports stars, celebrities, high profile entrepreneurs & global business executives, Danny has also worked in Health & Fitness Management with David Lloyd Leisure and was a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Course Assessor for Health & Fitness (NVQ was the forerunner to REPS).
