A long-serving devotee of evidence-based Personal Training and Strength & Fitness Coaching, Danny Williams has over 30 years and more than 40,000 hours experience as a Personal Trainer and Sports Coach in 1-2-1, group and team settings.

With a clientéle that includes everyday heroes, elite athletes & sports stars, celebrities, high profile entrepreneurs & global business executives, Danny has also worked in Health & Fitness Management with David Lloyd Leisure and was a National Vocational Qualification Assessor (NVQ was the forerunner to REPS) for Health & Fitness examinations. How much do you charge?

My in-studio rate is £65 per hour or pro rata’d at £5 + £1 per minute. Outcall is by arrangement, subject to location. I have various packages and options depending on your personal requirements ie goals, resources (equipment/gym) and circumstances. I do my utmost to avoid time and money being a reason for anyone not to work with me and can usually accommodate anyone that is serious about training properly.

EBC is the practice of using scientific research proven principles, backed by peer-group consensus, to prescribe safe and effective training, nutrition and lifestyle habit programs for optimal health, fitness and wellness.

Additionally, with over 30 years and more than 40,000 hours PT & Coaching experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work and collaborate with and learn from many of the world’s leading sports medicine and exercise scientists, therapists and coaches.

PTs sell sessions, I provide results.

Whilst I have some long-term 1-2-1 clients that prefer regular in-person PT sessions, this is usually only necessary where specific technical coaching is required or preferred, due to either injury rehabilitation or for advanced athletic performance.

That said, I do try to meet all clients in person and have travelled by land, air and sea to do so!

The short answer is yes, however, my approach is very much teaching and coaching rather than doing it for you. I will educate you to be able to create and modify your own training and nutrition programs by knowing how to measure and monitor progress and then adapt your program accordingly.
